Pay attention to the kindness in the other person!
If the other person is unkind in action, but kind in words, or vice versa,
pay only attention to the kindness and not the unkind.
If you can not locate kindness in the other person at all, have compassion:
The other person is greatly suffering and can use your help in transforming.
If you are angry at a person whose actions, words and mind are kind,
pay attention to all of the kindness in that person.
This is a wise person that you should be able to get along with, without anger 😉
